Spa for Ma Sponsor Spotlight: Teamotions #Spa4Ma

Our handcrafted teas blended with adaptogen herbs foster and support emotional well-being, transforming a simple cup of tea into a truly healing experience.

I am a coffee drinker. I drink it day and night. I get twitchy, although my husband might use another term that rhymes with twitchy, when I don't get my coffee. However, I do like tea. I love Jasmine Green Tea. I love Chai Tea. English Breakfast Tea. My most favorite tea is Earl Grey Tea. Mmm, haven't had that in a while!

I believe teas offer different comforts than coffee. You can drink a soothing chamomile tea before bed to help you drift off to lala land. Or when you have a sore throat you can drink herbal Throat Coat that actually really does help - speaking from experience! Peppermint tea for an upset tummy. It's amazing how many holistic healing properties herbal teas provide.

Presented with the opportunity to sample Teamotions tea I immediately checked out what they have to offer. They have 6 herbal blends, each offering a unique flavor. I read through each one and ultimately decided I wanted to try Roobios Coconut Chai. What stood out to me is that it contains neem leaf, which is said to calm anxiety. Anxiety has been something I have trouble controlling and with some recent medical concerns it has certainly been at peek levels. Let me share with you what Teamotions has to say about Roobios Coconut Chai:

Flavor Profile Smooth with subtle spicy notes and a hint of creamy sweetness.

This product is Caffeine Free

Ingredients Rooibos, Cardamom, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves, Dandelion Root, Milk Thistle, Coconut, Black Pepper, Pink Peppercorn, Neem Leaf, Natural Flavors.

Emotional Benefit Helps relieve anger and frustration. Encourages healthy emotional release and fosters inner peace and contentedness.

Did You Know? The liver is the organ associated with anger. Dandelion root and milk thistle cleanse, support, and restore the liver and foster emotional well-being. Neem leaf relieves anxiety and stress and the chai spices stimulate circulation and promote the movement of stagnant energy in the body.

Our Little Tip As you sip, open a journal and let your soul empty onto the paper. As the words flow out let peace flow in.

It was like they created this blend especially for me.  I love that Teamotions provides all of this information, right down to their little tip, for each of their available teas. It really helped when making the decision of which to try!

Oh, and for the record, it is simply delicious and exactly how the flavor description says. I'll be honest, I haven't gotten through all of the samples I received yet - but I'll get there!
