Lose-A-Palooza - One Day - September 14

Did you know that world hunger is at an all time high?  Over a billion people go hungry every day with many of them being children.  That breaks my heart.  No child should have to go hungry.  My own children eat all.day.long.  I couldn't imagine a day going by where they didn't have food.

Weight Watchers is spreading the word about world hunger by hosting a social media event on September 14th, Lose-A-Palooza.  Lose-A-Palooza is a one-day social media event created to encourage participation in the Lose For Good® campaign to benefit Share Our Strengthand Action Against Hunger.
As part of the Lose For Good campaign, Weight Watchers will donate $1, up to a maximum of $60,000, to Share Our Strength and Action Against Hunger for each approved mention, acknowledgment or action related to “Lose For Good” made on September 14th through blogs, Twitter, Facebook and check-in via foursquare.
