Stress. We all have it. We all want to get rid of it. Impossible, right?  Wrong.  There are many, many various natural techniques to help relieve stress.

I mean, I know it's called “Bed of Nails” but I guess I expected dull nails? LOL So yeah. It was a smidge intimidating. But as the saying goes, don't knock it 'til ya try it!!

So as I was getting my camera ready to put away, I heard this adorable little 3yr old voice say "Mommy, take a picture of ME!"  I turned around and saw this:

She wasn't about to miss out on the action but the spikes were just a little too much for her delicate skin.  And how smart of her to figure out a way that she could enjoy Bed of Nails just like the rest of us.

So I went about my morning, puttering around the house and I came back downstairs to find my son totally relaxing on the Bed of Nails watchin' some TV!
