Dog Days of Summer ~ Commissioned Pet Paintings ~ GIVEAWAY!

It's time to bring the Dog Days of Summer event to a close and we're going to end it with a giveaway unlike any other!  Sharon Lamb is the artist behind Commissioned Pet Paintings.  I haven't seen her paintings in person yet (I say yet because Sharon is sending me a sample of her work by painting a small portrait of my Olive!) but from what I've seen online she does phenomenal work!  Some of the paintings are so good that they look like a photograph instead of a painting.  The attention to detail, colors, expressions...it's all captured.  Visit her Etsy Shop and look at the eyes on the paintings she has posted.  The eyes are amazing.  They're so captivating.

The type of talent Sharon has is not one that can be taught.  She has a natural talent and passion for painting and it shows in her art.  She has been a pleasure to work with and I'm so glad she agreed to be the featured sponsor for Dog Days of Summer.

Sharon has very generously and kindly offered to paint a portrait of one lucky reader's pet. The winner will have the choice of an 8x10, 9x12 or 10x10 with a retail value of approx. $95!
